Mission
To use technology, research and rights-based approaches to improve the quality of life of marginalized groups and enhance their ability to participate in the processes of development in their communities by advocating and advancing the rights of marginalized groups and also provide access to information, services and skills training in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Maternal and Child Health (MCH), Education, Sustainable Agriculture, and Livelihood Empowerment.
Our Values
Voluntarism
Our main aim of forming this organization is to volunteer ourselves, our financial resources, our time, and our expertise to transform the lives of vulnerable people in the society. Just as we seek or solicit financial support and donations from donors, we the employees of the organization also contribute our quota to achieve the vision of the organization.
Accountability
We serve as stewards for our community investments and donations from our donors who sacrifice their comfort to provide resources to meet current and future community needs. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, transparency and service. We are accountable to our donors, project partners, peers and related organizations. We are accountable to the beneficiaries of our projects and the target audience. We value the use of proper accounting and financial management systems in the regulating our finances. Finally, we are answerable tpeach other as employees and the organization’s mission.

We value transparency and will engage in participatory planning and implementation at all stages of our projects and will institute a number of social accountability measures to enable project beneficiaries hold project team and other duty bearers accountable you need to re-look as transparency and how it reflects in your organization)

We work to ensure that the funding we receive is strictly used for society and for the public. We have a caring attitude toward the environment in all of our activities. It is our responsibility to serve the people in the communities we work in.
